A nice little bar with great food recommended by a local. Go for a more low-key apres ski and get the sweet potato fries as a side with your really good burger and moose drool beer- quality is really high here. Located in the Teton Mountain Resort- kinda hard to find, another massive 'western style' complex just to the right of the mangy moose (and the ice skating pond) as you come down the mountain- it has a huge mountainside parking lot that's kinda weird. The whole place looks schmansier than it actually is- worth finding if you want a bite in the village.

Only had bar food and beers... So this review is only on those things. Decent bar food a little more fancy than the usual, but it was pretty good. The service was fantastic.

Went here last night for dinner. I had the salmon chowder. So delicious!! Mariel was our server. The Pastrami Sandwhich was so yummy!!

This place was excellent. We went for a late lunch, and I ordered the grilled cheese with local cheeses, tomato, arugula, and bacon. It was incredibly delicious! My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and soup...he said it hit the spot and the pulled pork was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us some pointers on other local places to try out and let us sample some of the wonderful beer selection. If you're visiting Jackson or Teton Village, I would definitely check this place out.

This was a fantastic American restaurant and bar located a short walk away from our hotel. The staff were all friendly, especially our waitress, who was also the bartender. She seemed very present and invested in us and was excited about things on the menu; she really sold us the food as she made recommendations! She was very polite and charming and actually apologized for having to ID me. She was very attentive and we never had to wait too long for anything. I got the RFD (root beer flotation device) and it was very good - recommended to me by our waitress. We got sweet potato fries for an appetizer and the helping was large and delicious - served with a special sauce that was equally delicious. I normally don't like fries with sauce but this one was to die for. My entree was the grilled salmon and it was very good - served with a carrot purée and tomato sauce and a Swiss chard cake. The chard cake wasn't something I fancied but everything else was delicious. I tried the sliders and they were delicious as well, though the vuns may have been over buttered. The Kobe steak entree was the best dish of them all. The sauce it was served with and the tenderness of the steak were simply phenomenal. I will definitely order it next time I go - and there will be a next time!

Ate here twice on our stay. Both times it was perfect. The service is great & the food taste/menu options excellent! They know how to give u a great experience. Kobe steaks ( one of the steaks comes with a casserole that's delish), devil bar bite, beet salad, mushroom starter & blonde deserts- amazing!!! Don't miss eating here....

Great service. Great for apps but entrees limited to what most restaurants serve in JH....meat and more meat. Wish more variety of lighter entrees. Maybe a pasta or risotto. Soups good. Beet Salad special with goat cheese and pear champagne vinaigrette very nice. Sticky Toffee Pudding one of the best I've ever had including the one I make. Service is fabulous. Friendly, very welcoming. Team effort. Very accommodating. Jesi made coffee extra strong for me. Sweet!

This restaurant is beautiful inside and has a wonderful menu! They have an excellent wine and beer menu. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had the swiss chard cakes. I was a little hesitant because swiss chard can have a very overpowering flavor, but they made it perfectly! It also had a carrot and taragon puree and green beans with it. Amazing dish! We enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well. Their homemade granola is a MUST! Absolutely delicious. It's also available for purchase for about $10. Loved their variety of yummy breakfast foods. This restaurant is on the higher end for price, but we'll worth it for the quality of food and service. Not to mention how convenient it was having them in the hotel. They offered full room service as well.

Rarely do you visit a place where every single thing a party of 8 orders is exceptional (with one tiny exception I'll mention at the bottom). We all got an app and an entree, an overall app for the table, drinks, and dessert. The shrimp and grits app was velvety with firm, crunchy jumbo shrimp. The 307 fries app was a rich mans gravy fries, but with braised venison and buffalo gravy topped with local cheddar....silly good, I'd eat it from the garbage. My friends pork chop was absolutely delicious, and my braised bison short ribs were so perfect I seriously considered having another order as my dessert. My daughters got the devils on horseback appetizer (goat cheese and dates wrapped in bacon and flash fried) and were literally begging me for another order; I stole a couple to see what the fuss was all about, and promptly got them more and took my cut. The charcuterie and cheese board were house made and very good without being too salty. The drinks were good and strong, and I pity the fool who doesn't get the Bloody Mary with bacon infused vodka...another thing that bacon only makes better. The only exception to this magical meal with great service was the overall disappointing desserts. My dark chocolate pudding with peanut butter bark was borderline terrible, and my buddy said the exact same thing regarding his, It tasted like watered down jello pudding. And I am not just being dramatic...it literally tasted like that. Tragic. Still, awesome restaurant.

We were staying at the lodge on our honeymoon in July and wanted to keep away from the hustle and bustle of Jackson Hole (yes, even on the off-season). I am happy to say that Spur delivered on a fabulous meal with great presentation and elegant but not-too-stuffy ambiance. I had the venison and my husband had pork. Both were exquisite. We got personal attention even though the restaurant was quite busy due to a conference being held at the lodge. They were also very attentive to my gluten-free requests and were able to accommodate with only slight changes to the dish. I will make sure to visit this restaurant again on our next trip to the Tetons!

A gem hidden in Teton Village. The three course menu offers variety, at a fair price, and made with higher quality than the run-of-the-mill restaurants nearby. Worth a visit.

Tremendous experience with Justin and Ted. Gnocchi was great! Polenta cakes were awesome as was NY Steak special! Great time and worth making a stop for lunch or dinner.

Although the service was poor, the manager tried his best to rectify a bad situation. The manager gets an E for effort! The mushroom appetizer was great but my hamburger was sent back.

Great place. Really good service. Really good food. We had the grass fed beef burger and it was fantastic. The bison barley soup cures cancer... Really. It was that good. Oh, and the venison gravy cheese fries reminded me of my childhood when I enjoyed pootine daily in Quebec. I cried when I I ate this. Tears of shear joy... I'm crying now as I explain this meal. Soo happy. Mater if fact I'm gettin up and going again right now. If you go to Jackson for only one reason. Make it this place. Or skiing. Both are good. Actually the skiing is second to this place.

We came in from California. Looked on yelp and this was the best rated place in Teton Village. We showed up with no reservations and they were all booked up. We wanted to eat quickly so they said we could sit at the bar and it had full menu service. Excellent service by the bartenders and staff. Super knowledgeable and really attentive to all guests around us. And they were really fast at serving drinks and getting the food out. We had the Kobe and Salmon. Both were great. We also got the 5 onion cream soup...really good

Spur was recommended to us as a must try place by our tour guide on a float trip down the Snake River. This particular lunch would be our last meal before leaving Jackson so up to the Teton Village we went and we were glad we did. This is a nice place, big, but relaxing with a nice atmosphere inside. They have outdoor seating areas too, in fact we sat and waited there for them to open for lunch! They have a great selection of on tap beers and our server took the time to explain them all to our party as well as go over the menu items. Food was all really good. We tried: * Spur Buffalo Pastrami Sandwich which came with fries, this was very good. * Bahn Mi - for a place who's focus is not Vietnamese food they did a good job with this, it was very tasty. * Dry aged buffalo sliders - for me this was the highlight. Just try it :) * Seared Tuna Sandwich - this was actually really good and I would recommend even though the person in our group who ordered it wasn't such a fan - more an ordering mistake - they didn't realize it didn't mean cooked through tuna. Overall, while I won't say this place will blow your socks off, it has good food, decent service and for the price you cannot go wrong, it is fantastic value for money. So I recommend as well :)

Enjoyed the long cod and salmon. Chef is creative and felt like we got a deal! Same meal in Bay Area would have been twice the price. Great service and friendly staff.

Everything was excellent. The buffalo tenderloin was to die for and the sticky toffee date cake dessert was delicious. I wish I hadn't shared it! The service was attentive and happy to spend time with us, answering questions about the area. Worth a return visit for sure!

When I am lucky enough to be in Jackson Hole again I will return. We ate there twice this weekend. I'm a sucker for bar and grills and this is just about perfect. We had deviled eggs, very good. Not great, they are served too cold. That's a bit. We moved on to steaks. I had a skirt steak and it was very good, cooked properly medium-rare. But the thing was the broccoli / kale pancake. I kid you not, I could give up potatoes for this thing, wow. My wife had the steak "saltado" and it was great. The second night we did more appies including the steak tartare (very good, the fingerling chips were great). Then I moved on to the sliders. Very simple but excellent execution. The bartenders were great. Tobias does cask-conditioned brews and the cocktails were great, service friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we could see families all over.

Really liked this spot. The food is MASSIVE and delicious. They have a lot on offer - and all the staples. The drinks are good - everything you need for apres ski. The place is one of the nicer options - you know it's clean and newer. Definitely a step up from the Mangy Moose, when you want that.

Kudos on the breakfast buffet - not so much the dinner experience. Breakfast featured an abundance of great food. For only $15...Crispy bacon, eggs cooked perfect, oatmeal was awesome, French toast was made with banana bread (what??!). This redeemed them from the poor review on dinner... Dinner was meh. Seemed to have potential but was lacking in detail and basic technique. Granted, I'm probably spoiled by all the restaurants in Brooklyn but some things cooks/servers should just know... Ordered the special app - crispy sweetbreads - they were overlooked and tasted mostly of fry batter with the exception of the overwhelming amount of horseradish mustard that accompanied it. Kobe steak also arrived overlooked. Also our server disappears after we ordered (someone else brought out the food) and didn't return until we requested someone find him to bring the check.

The Dessert Special was out of this World The restaurant was conveniently located in Teton Village after a day of snowboarding. The décor inside the Mangy Moose Saloon was quite interesting and we all enjoyed our meals. The walls and ceilings were decorated with different kinds of memorabilia, such as planes, tubs, taxidermy, flags, signs, old sporting and fishing equipment and so much more. The whole time we were eating there, I kept looking around to see what I could find. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Two of us at our table ordered a side of fries and our waitress informed us of how massive the side of fries was. Since both of us just wanted to nibble on fries, we were very happy and appreciative to her. We would definitely come again.

We came to Jackson Hall for a week of snowboarding and stayed in Teton Mountain Lodge for a week, Spur is part of the hotel, so we came for breakfast every day and for dinner 3 times. Breakfast here is delightful, you can either have breakfast buffet or a la carte, the buffet serve same food everyday, but the selection of food is good enough that you don't feel bored till after the 5th day. The food quality and taste are both very good. As for dinner, we came here 3 times and have many different dishes here, what we'd recommend would be: - 307 Fries - Trout salad - Beef burger - Porcini dusted steelhead - Spur salad (taste great, but very small portion though) - Artisanal cheeses plate - Hummus - Buffalo Sliders Their Bloodies (with Bacon or not) are absolutely delicious, I love my bloodies spicy and this is surely the right place! The restaurant has got very good vibe and the service is pretty friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was that you have to pay $ 3 for a tiny serving of bread. For a bread junkie like me, I have to order 3 serving of bread to feel content. Will certainly be happy to come back again if we come back to Jackson Hole to snowboard.

"Best restaurant in the Village!" a local proclaimed as we were leaving the disappointing Thai experience. The Best you say? Good enough for me, Kenny! This restaurant is huge. The entrance leading to the bar with an already large collection of tables further opens up behind a large fireplace where a sizeable dining room exists. No room at another spot? Come over to Spur, they have enough tables to accommodate an army. In my quest to eat dishes I can't find at home I decided upon the Zonker Stout Braised Buffalo Short Ribs. Let me preface this with the fact that I do not like ribs (or wings or any meat I have to pull off of a bone). Our accommodating waitress assured, guaranteed, that I would not have to pull the Buffalo meat off the bone, it would merely fall off. Well sure enough it did! And the taste and texture was fantastic. Only one very small bite had any gristle. The sauce these ribs were braised in was fantastic and I could actually taste some of the Stout present in there. Decor: excellent. Service: excellent, except for the annoying manager who felt the need to stop by our table on 3 occasions. Hey, your waitress is doing just fine and you were annoying us. Food: very good, not the best ever but worth another visit. Thanks for the tip "Kenny".

A delightful culinary escape in the heart of the Teton Village. Same calibre of cuisine minus the premium pricepoint - the Spur offers very good fare and excellent service. My fiancé and I are now hooked on their red lentil hummus (which we just made in our own kitchen because we enjoyed it so much) and their buffalo selection is second to none. Highly recommend servers Kate and Lauren for memorable yet unobtrusive service. Walked in on week day nights with zero wait and a very comfortable atmosphere - give it a go!

We came for lunch and both got the seared tuna sandwich on olive bread. It was amazing. We upgraded to sweet potato fries, and they did not disappoint. The sandwich also came with a huge pickle. We were actually here for late lunch, which meant we got 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. We had three different drinks and one beer and loved all of them. Unique cocktails. We sat outside in the shade with perfect weather, but the inside was also very inviting and modern. Highly recommend.

Came here last week. On a Saturday evening it was dark and practically empty, but they still took their time finding a table for us. We were waiting for a few others and the staff warned us that the kitchen was closing - at 9pm on a Saturday night!! The food when it finally arrived was mediocre. I had the Kobe beef with the chilli missing. Boring. They couldn't wait to hustle us out.

Nice menu variety! Not the best service but overall a very nice dinner. The shrimp and grits were incredible. Be careful of the $24 Kobe steak on the kids menu! We let are children order for themselves and were very surprised that there was a $24 menu item for them to choose.

It's a little hard to find from the slopes, but when you do you'll find it we'll worth it. Awesome nachos and great service! You'll need 4 people to finish then though. Plenty if tv's, if you want to catch a game this is the perfect place. You can see then all from pretty much any seat.

Our best meal in Teton Village over a week vacation and I would probably rate it a 4 plus Seated right away for our reservation and overall very good service. Attentive, friendly but not pushy. Daughter had a salad, my son a steak, my wife duck and I had short ribs. All were well cooked and I liked that the menu had some interesting options. A great place to eat

Beautifully-modern "American" fare in casually-upscale environs. Main dishes are smallish for the price. Great wine and beer (many local) options. Good service. Expensive (like everything in Teton Village).

I love love this place!! Best blood orange marg ever! Best service and really good food!! Creative menu, good crowd and great place to hit after snowboarding. I visited here back in January and tried the cheese platter, nachos, sliders, fries, scallops. Everything was fabulous. Great ambience. I am sure to go back!

This is one of the best meals I have ever had. Luckily I happened to go with two other people so I was able to have some of their dishes, and unlike most places where some are hit and others are miss, there wasn't a single thing that touched my tongue that wasn't perfection. To start off with their RFD ( alcoholic root beer float) it was scrumptious! To follow I had their Grass Fed Beef burger, it was amazing, I had nibbles of their Steel head ( which is my favorite, I recommend it, don't even read what it is, just eat it. It will be the best thing you ever eat), not to mention their pork was the most tender and yummy pork I've had. The meal was so good, we couldn't stop and had the chocolate tort and cookie platter. The tort was perfectly paired with a blood orange sauce and the cookies with egg nog. I loved it all. I would take a trip here strictly to eat at Spurs... And that is quite a distance for me. Go, enjoy!

I've been to Lugers, sparks, palm, Ben bensons, old homestead, wolfgangs, and many others. I know a fucking steak. What they list on their menu as a "Kobe filet of ribeye" is not Kobe (obviously), not Wagyu, nor filet, nor rib eye. It was very likely an eye of round (realistically, a $7 steak that should have been pounded flat and chicken fried.) Additionally, the asparagus was all stalks. For $38 you would think a couple asparagus tips would be on the plate. Their executive chef, Kevin Humpherys should be ashamed. THis was over a year and a half ago and I'm still annoyed.

Very nice dinner here. They were packed and still got our food out in decent time. Good salad, venison appetizer, and meals. I had the venison filet and it was very unique and good. I would definitely go back again.

If I could give the Spur more stars it would probably be a million!! My boyfriend and I had the Devils on Horseback and it took us to heaven and back! The flavors really complemented each other. The buffalo pastrami was killer too. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. I don't remember his name but he had an accent I can't believe they have some bad reviews. Those people sound very bitter and picky. Don't trust bad reviews they could just be lies from non customers. Yelp has taken down some businesses that were fantastic. I also enjoyed the presentation of our entrees and desert they were very elegant. Too bad we live 2000 miles away or we would probably eat every meal here til we could no longer chew!! Not expensive for the atmosphere service and food! Loved the ambiance too:)

The place is SO GOOD that we ended up having lunch there 3 days in a row! You must have the daily soup & the buffalo salad... Everything we tried was excellent (and we have NYC standards ;) The bartender & the chef really know their stuff. Sit at the bar and enjoy some good convo with your meal!

Came for dinner and had a lovely experience. The food was very good and we had a lovely evening. I personally felt that there weren't any super stand out items, but rather a good delivery of great food.

Great place for cocktails and their list of signatures will hit the spot. Their appetizers are great --- I suggest the mushroom toast and the deviled eggs. Definitely try the deviled eggs. (Fried capers, you say? They're dang good!) I never thought I'd say it, but: smoked salmon chowder is soooo good. Not at all fishy, just the right chowder texture. Dinner wasn't as great as I had hoped. I had the special for the evening, veal cutlets. I'm a huge veal fan. But. There was a demi-glaze type sauce that left me wishing I could taste the meat and not the overly saucy sauce. The truffle mashed potatoes were good but the spinach was pretty blah. Besides the deviled eggs, the server was the best part of the evening. She was super friendly, very helpful with the menu and left us to enjoy our dinner without being a bug. Win. Did I mention you should try the deviled eggs?! And the Moscow Mules.

Stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge for my first Jackson Hole ski adventure and was happy to have Spur conveniently located downstairs. 3 1/2 stars for breakfast 4 1/2 stars for lunch 4 stars for dinner 5 stars for atmosphere and service I ate breakfast here every morning. The first day, I ordered off the menu because the buffet was not an option. Eggs Benedict were served with potatoes and were nothing to write home about. The remaining three mornings, I ate the buffet which consisted of scrambled eggs, a poached egg option, breakfast potatoes, french toast option and a variety of breakfast meats to include bacon and three different types of sausages. The buffalo sausage was my favorite part of the meal but was consistently disappointed with the potatoes (they seemed to be undercooked which really bothered me). I only ate lunch here once because I needed to come back to the room for a work call and was so pleased with the chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was juicy and cooked perfectly and the arugula, veggies and dressing were the perfect accompaniment. The service here was always great no matter the time of day or meal. We only ate dinner here once and I was surprised at how small the entrees were. My boyfriend ordered the steak which was cooked well but nothing phenomenal and I ordered the pork chop which was very tasty and also cooked well. The sweet potato fries that we ordered as an appetizer were perfect, there wasn't a single fry left on the plate. Unfortunately, we never made it to the apres ski but I hear that the nachos are to die for. The bar scene is really fun with TVs and loungy couches everywhere. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I love the atmosphere here- dark but really warm lighting and the booths are the best! I feel like I could hang out in here all day. The food that I have tried is what I recommend below *YUM* : Appetizer: devils on a horse crab cake Salad: beet salad Entries: steak salmon Drinks: dirty martini (the best I have had in town so far) gin martini with cucumber Why 4 star rating: the steak was a little over cooked and the salmon was seared a little long. Still yummy though!

Very busy place on a Saturday evening after skiing all day. But, that wasn't an excuse for the mediocre service. We saw our server only a few times and when we flagged other servers down, they all had the same grim look on their faces and responded with one or two syllable words. We felt like we were interrogating them just to get responses to questions we had. However, fries were incredible!

Great casual dining. Loved the devil eggs and sliders. Burgers were delicious and they had a good choice of salads. Nice beer and drink selection too! Professional and friendly service. Perfect for after skiing.

We stopped by here for lunch on our way home and split the nachos. Holy crap...best nachos I've ever had, hands down. I don't know how you get a chip that hot and toasty, but I assume it has something to do with an oven. Anyway, they were great - worth a detour.

We came in for dinner tonight. Spoiled mussels. The bartender just shrugged his shoulders. Then the Kobe rib eye came out and it was off too. We come to Jackson Hole for vacation and my wife is throwing up now. I will never be back here.

Excellent food and service. We stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge and dined at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We also ordered room service one night. Everything was super tasty, from the eggs benedict on mashed potato patties to the elk sausage and croissant french toast to the buffalo short ribs, mushroom trout soup, beet salad, and butcher steak saltado... You'd think we would be sick of the place after so many days, but nope, we'll miss it back in Cali for sure!

Spur is the newly renovated Cascade. Atmosphere and decor fit into a ski village quite well, the menu is a bit .... well, like they are trying a bit too hard to be upscale. The service was far from impressive and if the review was solely based on that, it would be one star at best. There were way too many ppl who were quick to clear away empty plates, but our actual waitress was MIA for the most part. She came by, almost in passing and didn't stick around long enough to find what we actually needed or wanted. Service definitely needs work. The food....no complaints there!! Salads were a great start. Followed by tasty, well cooked and seasoned entrees in perfectly sized portions, not too big or too small. Not one morsel was left on anyone's plate! To finish, the desert was really a winner, recommended by what I can only assume was a manager, a flourless chocolate cake (which I'm usually not a fan of) was divine!! As a side note, this is a good spot for apres ski as well....nicely done!!

Excellent! Nice decor and great service. We had the soup of the day (5 onion soup) and the Wyomato salad, followed by the steak, and topped off with the dark chocolate pudding. The best meal we had on our trip this far. Highly recommend this place.

We stopped in Teton Village to stay the night before a big hike in the National Park the next day. This place did the trick for dinner! The burger was excellent: perfectly cooked with a flaky bun and perfect fries on the side. The bison sliders were well cooked, juicy, and wonderfully gamey. We also had the fries with venison and cheese, which were godly. The place can be overpriced depending on what you order (it's in a hotel and it caters to that swanky crowd), but sticking to apps and burgers we did quite well. I would stop in again the next time I'm in town!

We have just returned home from our third night of four dining at Spur. This is an exceptional restaurant in every way. The menu is creative and perfectly executed. Each night we chose items from the regular and specials menu and were universally impressed. The soups were extraordinary, as was the venison. The polenta kale entree was remarkably flavorful and satisfying. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would love to take this restaurant home with me! Definitely give this a try while in Teton village!

I have ate here twice while visiting the Tetons. The first time it was very busy and we ate at the bar. I had the venison tenderloin. It was the special of the night and It was great. Tonight it was a little slow and we ate in the dining room right off the bar. I had the roasted beet salad and the Wyoming ribeye. The salad was out of this world and I have never had anything to compare it to. The ribeye was fantastic and cooked perfectly to our liking (medium rare). The potatoes that were served with this were a great accent to the meal. The other couple with us had the ribeye and the chicken breast. They both agreed it was awesome. When we finished we were all stuffed but decided we wanted just a little something sweet. We ordered the flourless brownie and it was to die for. It is small but the flavor is BIG! Don't forget to order coffee with this though because it is rich. The service was great. The beer was cold and the mixed drinks were not watered down. This place is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this place if your in the area and want some high end dining in a casual atmosphere. I am hard to "WOW" when dining out. Tonight I was "WOWED"!!!

Great apres ski scene. Good beer selection, decent food (wings hit the spot), friendly service and good people watching. Plenty of seats and large dining area.

I was sad to see my favorite haunt "Cascade" go at Teton Village, but it was always empty and indeed possibly haunted anyway. The new locale Spur has a very cool open space and a nice menu that is not too shocking to the pocketbook. I went for lunch with a friend and had the rosemary chicken sandwich on foccacio. It was loaded with yummy filling and the side salad accompaniment with a pecan vinegarette was very delicious. The remodel makes the place look more inviting and it was packed. I would definitely return there for lunch, dinner or drinks. Had a great vibe!

My wife and I just came back from an excellent dinner at the Cascade restaurant. We selected the 3 course dinner they offer. Essentially, you can pick 3 courses from their full menu and the dessert is free. I had the gnocci, which were excellent. The Kobe sirloin was superb. The sequence of the 3 courses came quickly, without an extensive wait between the courses. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. It was the best dinner we had in Jackson Hole.

My husband and I both got the butchers steak. It was great! Good mixed drinks as well. I think this place is good, but overpriced for what you get. I would come back for the gin and ginger beer cocktail and I want to try the jalapeño tequila/ peach margarita!

The main dishes great! Salads and wine pours a little stingy. I couldnt quite quit the sense of conflict between the setting for dining and the overall restaurant theme: low backed couches, white leather chairs, 'daily' specials and gourmet, stellar quality of the food. The food and plating rank the back of the house an A+ class act, too good for the setting and manager it would seem. Get here soon before chef moves on, he is amazing.

A great option for both dinner and apres ski, I really enjoyed going to Cascade during our trip. We stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, which has Cascade on the ground level, meaning we ended up coming here quite a few times. In the bar for apres ski: The Buffalo Sliders are great, big patties for sliders and good quality meat, it went well with the sauce The Pomme Frittes that came with the sliders were good as well, home-made. Good selection of micro-brews and solid prices. The service was good and the atmosphere was lively. Restaurant for dinner: Excellent food and great service made this one of my favorite dinners on our trip. The smoked trout salad was really good, the mustard dill dressing was much better than I would have expected and went very well with the trout. They had a duck spring roll special appetizer which was so delicious and came with a great cranberry sauce. The Kobe Beef Medallions were fantastic, literally melt-in-your-mouth good. The Buffalo Short Ribs were excellent as well, the meat was so tender that I hardly needed a knife. The pear and date strudel was good, but not great or exceptional. The Chocolate Bread Pudding with bananas foster was amazing, such a good combination. They have a special for a 3 course meal with appetizer, entree, and dessert for $38, which was a great price for how good the food was. The atmosphere is cozy and the service was solid, I would definitely look forward to coming back.

We tried a few local dishes - trout and buffalo short-ribs. Both were very tasty, the setting was relaxing, and the service was good. Prices seemed reasonable for a restaurant in a tourist town. The best testimony I can give is that we plan to eat there again!

We wanted to stay in the Teton Village for dinner and went to Cascade. It was also right across from the Hotel Terra, so that made it easy. They had a lively and cozy looking bar, which was packed for trivia night. We were seated at a nice table in their cozy dining room. They have a pretty big menu with large portions. We split a few salads to start, the Beet Salad and Endive salad. Both were very good. My wife got fish and I had Elk medallions. They were perfectly seared and not very gamey at all. If you feel like trying something different, give it a go. You're in Cowboy country after all. We finished with the Fried apple turnover dessert. This was a very good meal at a decent price.

We ate here because of the great reviews.. but the service was disappointing. It wasn't very busy and it took a while for someone to come to our table, and then after taking our order we never saw our waiter again. I had to flag down a different waiter to get a drink refi-to-go and get our check. The food was really good, but for the quality of food and price you pay for it, you'd expect good service.

Truly superb food. Chipotle ketchup was proper spot on and everything was delicious. Even the atmosphere was better than expected. Everyone in town talks up the restaurant Osteria, in the Hotel Terra, but I found the three course dinner menu at Cascade to be better in every single way. The only complaint I can think to voice was slow service, which may have stemmed from our visit during the end of the winter season, and the corresponding lack of staff.

Came here when we couldn't get into another restaurant and boy, are we glad we did. This is a very casual place- a great ski bar atmosphere with TVs that play extreme skiing videos-a bit noisy- but oh, does the food make up for it all. The quality was far above what we expected. So much so, that we immediately decided to come back again in the 5 night stay that we had. One of the best things I had was an appetizer called " Mushroom Toasts". It made me think I was in France- just wonderful flavor. The mussels were also fabulous and the broth amazing- along with the crunchy baguette that was served with it, well, nothing ever tasted so good. Others had the roasted chicken, pork tenderloin and steelhead salmon- all of it delicious.

Wow! Overall, pretty good and a bit above average for Jackson Hole, but the Buffalo Pastrami Sandwich. . . Holy Smokes! Literally - they house smoke the pastrami, and the combo with Gruyere, carmelized onions and their house Ale Mustard just knoeck my socks off. By far the best thing I ate on or near the mountain. The Kobe steak was pretty good to. Ambiance is pretty mountain bar-ish, etc. Friendly service, but the 5 stars is for the sandwich!

Cascade Grill House was one of my favorite meals during my recent trip to Jackson Hole. The selection is broad and the combination of food was wonderful. I had the chicken, which I never order in restaurants, and it was prepared beautifully. I would recommend and order again. Others in my party ordered the Buffalo Sliders and were impressed with the flavor combinations, as well the macaroni and cheese. The service here was wonderful. We had a very nice evening at the Cascade Grill House.

This is the best restaurant I found. The service was good but the chef really put it all together. I can't say enough good about Spur other than it is a little hard to find. This is a small area and that's a small complaint. The Kobe burgers were the best I've ever had and the corn crusted trout was superb. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I think Spur is the best restaurant in Teton village. The sweet potato fries are wonderful! All steak are perfect. Cocktails and light beer are delicious. If I return to Teton village, I must have meal in Spur again.

The Kobe steak was possibly the most flavorful steak I've ever had. I'd come back just for this magic dish. I'm now home and trying to figure out how to make something like it at home. My husband had the bison mini burgers and he thought they were good, but no where near the steak I had. The atmosphere was really nice and chill. Casual and lots of booth seating.
